It was hard to get out of the house today and I almost didn’t go, but I had an espresso, which got my heart pumping, and headed out the door. I ended up running 12.62 miles with 4077’ of gain. I told myself I was going to do six laps and I did; it wasn’t easy though. After the second lap, I didn’t think I could pull it off and had to fight that little voice in my head for the next two laps. Once I had four laps in, I figured I could do it. The fifth lap was much slower and I started feeling it my legs, but I knew if I had to I could walk the last lap. I ran all six laps non-stop.

Great workout! Not sure I would find intervals fun...
Thanks Man! I am training hard for Quadrock 50, 50 miles, 11,000' of gain. I have a long way to go . . .
Hey...haven't heard from you in awhile. How is your training for Leadville going?
Haven't heard from you in a while. All OK?

Everything is great!!! Just got really busy with work, training, and being a dad.
I am injury free!
Also recovering from Quadrock too! It was a tough course and I was a bit too conservative during the race, particularly after kicking a rock on the down hill. I am in the process of loosing a toenail . . . my first.
